ServerLink Annual Service Update
The subscription of ServerLink Support and Updates Services warrants you the right to download and to apply Updates. It also allows you to request support from our Support Team. This subscription can be made or renewed yearly. Thai language assistance will also be provided.
Support is provided remotely and not onsite. Where onsite visits are required this will normally be due to a hardware or an Internet / infrastructure failure, and therefore your IT system support should be contacted to confirm the cause.
The Annual Support/Updates Services fee warrants you to receive all software changes, update patches, bug fixes and even whole new versions of ServerLink. During this one-year service period, you will also benefit from our online Support Team assistance.
