What is ClipCube?

ClipCube provides you with an interface which includes:
- Expandable video clip viewing screen with equivalent Windows Media controls.
- Text area to input the transcript of the audio for easier understanding and multilingual input.
- Menus to manage video clip groups (training courses, HR information etc.) ; supplementary information like PDFs, website links, electronic forms; and personal settings including languages, email, user lists.
- Search factility.
- Create your personalised theme.

ClipCube is fully customizable allowing you to select colour schemes, add your logo and integrate into your web site.
ClipCube can be used to communicate product and sales training programs, manuals, HR policy, company orientations effectively flexibly and in multiple languages. A clip(s) can be scheduled to be sent to users. Add multiple choice examinations and automatically mark them. You can create and change syllabus, easily, update new clips, attach supplementary materials or links, add marketing and promotional messages and side bars with display windows. A log is kept so managers can monitor user activity to identify the most requested topics. Helpdesk staff can even send a clip to the user to resolve an issue or to explain functionality.

Implementation and Management:
- You can provide the media or we will make the clips from your materials, prepare the audio in the languages you require, and prepare the transcript.
- Clips may take the form of slides, photographs, recorded webex training, podcast, recording of a seminar, software screen capture, electronic form, etc.
- We host your clips and media on your behalf or you can host your self.
- Add clips whenever you want to extend your library, courses, or categories and add the menu item and description.
- Integrate into your website or use our standard interface.
- No maintenance is required the software does everything for you. Simple.
Uses:
- Product / system/language/safety etc training (can include a multiple choice exam)
- Staff corporate procedures training and HR policies, company orientation, etc.
- Monitor training or Mclip clip use via reports and logs to evaluate effectiveness and user participation. We can set time limits and input “agreed to” or “completed” check boxes.
- Include a forum, chat or response mechanism to include the user and gain feedback (complaint, new clip request, etc).
- Update of technical information to client and staff.

- Push out an updated or new clips to clients/agents on a particular topic via the “buddy” system or via e-mail.
