Our Process

The principal service that we provide to businesses is to put you in touch with IT product and service suppliers who have solutions appropriate to your requirements. We can also provide general information on IT topics to help you build your requirement.

Though our services are primarily aimed at businesses we also have vendors who offer home and on demand services.

Our consultants use a wealth of experience – backed up by databases of IT products, services and suppliers – to find solutions for you. They are supported by a team of front-line call researchers.

Business and home users can access these resources as often as required, at no charge.

How do we communicate with you?

We keep in regular touch with you by letter, email and telephone to remind you of our services and to keep our database up to date.

When you have an IT requirement, you can contact us at any time. Your needs might be many and varied, e.g.:

  1. Where can I source a Financials package?
  2. We are moving to new offices and need to install a new computer system.
  3. Who can advise me on a Customer Contact Management system that would be suitable for us?
  4. We need to implement a better security or back up system?
  5. Where can I find information about Data Protection legislation and local regulations?
  6. We need advise on how to manage our network, source an IT service provider, make and optimize a website.

How do we do this?

Step 1 – You telephone, e-mail or preferably complete the enquiry form to provide us your basic requirement.

Step 2 – We analyse your requirement and one of our highly-experienced IT/Business consultants will speak to you personally to ensure that we understand your needs and can identify information or solutions which are right for your business.

Step3 – Once we have a basic requirement document, we will distribute your requirement brief to selected vendors that are able to meet your requirements, without mentioning your contact details.

Step 4 – The vendors will respond with details on what they can offer.

Step 5 – We then write to you with information and contact details, usually on a choice of solutions. If we put you in touch with IT suppliers, we would typically advise them of your interest.

Stage 6 – At this stage, we leave the initiative with you to take the project further if you wish.

The option of using our other services is left with you and assuming you are satisfied with our help we look forward to further contact with you.
