Vendor Search

The vendor search service is a free service to the end user, whereby you complete the enquiry form and submit to us.

All vendors we provide you have been qualified by our team to ensure they have the skills advertised to ensure you are directed to the organisations that can fulfill your requirements.

One of our consultants will contact you in English or your local language to discuss your requirement in more detail and we will supply suitable vendors (see a description of our process).

Why use the Vendor Search Service?

Outside the vendor search service being free, you have access to more than 400 Vendors of different skill sets who have been thoroughly screened by those who have worked in the industry for many years and know the questions to ask.

You receive an independent and unbiased recommendation on the vendors. You can then approach the vendors on your own without our involvement, or you can choose to involve our consultants in the process of selection and appointment.

You also save a lot of time and are free to contact other vendors we may not recommend.

Who is the vendor search services for?

Our service is for any individual or organisations of any size.

How many times can we use your service?

As many times as you like.

If we complete the enquiry form will receive spam from you?

No. You can opt out of any e-mail broadcasts and will be automatically removed from our list.

Can I submit a project brief in my local language?

Yes. We have staff who speak Thai and English.

How many vendors do you have and do they have local or foreign staff?

We have more than 600 Vendors providing a variety of products and service in our database. Our vendors are a mixture of both with more local vendors than foreign. However it should also be noted that the majority of foreign companies have mostly local staff. When completing the enquiry form indicate whether you want to speak to a local or foreign consultant.

Where are the vendors located?

Our vendors are primarily located around major cities of the countries we cover, however some have branches around the countries they are located.

We can generally find a vendor to support your location. If not we will inform you.

What products and services do the vendors supply?

Our vendors provide a full series of products and services from simple PC support to Data Centre development, and from Microsoft Windows to Auto Cad.

If you are looking for a particular product or service simply add the description within our enquiry form.

Can you guarantee their quality?

We cannot guarantee the quality; we can only reduce the risk of providing an unqualified or unethical vendor. If we find that there is a problem with the vendor we will investigate and our internal committee will decide whether to remove them from our vendor list.

Part of the reason to perform a thorough screening process, keep in contact with the vendor and follow up on work performed by our vendors is to reduce this risk so that our service can be respected and opportunities build for the client, vendor and our business.

If we use your service will the vendor be more expensive than if we approach them directly?

No. Because we are not subcontracting, the vendor must compete with other vendors, which may or may not be from our vendor list. They also do not know the other vendors we have supplied.  Therefore to increase their price just because we gave them a referral would put them at a disadvantage.  As the client you select the vendor and also pay them directly and not via us so the process is transparent and simple.

If we find a vendor has over prices or performed unethically we would encourage the client to contact us, as is also the case if a client acted unethically. We would then investigate and make the appropriate decision internally. This is an advantage to you and part fo the reason you would use our service.

Do you supply any supplementary services beyond the vendor search?

Yes. In some cases the client does not have enough experience or knowledge to be able to ask the correct questions, develop clear requirements analysis, or develop a Service Level Agreement. This is understandable because it is not their business and the likelihood is they have not dealt with this solution before.

We provide services where we can assist in this process and help select the appropriate vendor to meet your requirements. We can then meet with the vendors and provide you our recommendation, from which you make a decision. This ensures you are getting the most appropriate vendor. From there we offer project management services.

Where you require a specialist in a particular field or who specializes in a specific product, we have registered consultants we appoint to work with you on a project basis, who have the experience and particular skills required. Examples would be warehousing systems, SAP, development of business continuity/Disaster Recovery plans, etc.

What other services do you provide?

Yes. We provide CIO services which are mainly used by small to medium sized businesses. Whereby we manage the vendors, manage IT administration and work with senior management on IT strategy and budgeting following ITIL principles and industry best practices.

Where you need a high level of technical expertise, we will provide a consultant with the appropriate skills.

Other services include IT hardware and software auditing, IT department operational reviews, and general IT consulting advice for example what you need to implement a reliable and secure network.
