Post and Parcel Management  Web Based Application

WCT has developed a web based post and parcel management solution for individuals, corporations and apartment blocks where subscribers are notified when post or parcels arrive and can instruct actions.

There is no need to invest in hardware or software to use our application. All you need is an Internet connection, logon and password.

Our application is customizable for different languages and by default is available in English and Thai. In addition it is very simple to use so that even those with very limited IT knowledge can navigate the software.

 

Why is the mailroom application useful?

  7. You can pay your utility bills when you are overseas by authorizing the opening, scanning and forwarding mail to a designated address or storing under your profile.
  8. Instruct your mailroom to store or forward mail addressed to you.

Our application can be specific to parcels or all mail, where the receiver is send an email or SMS informing them items are waiting for collection. Within the notification is a unique identifying number which is submitted when collecting the item to ensure the correct person, or designated person is collecting the related item (s) corresponding to the unique identifier.

Our software can also work alongside a locker system (manual/automatic) which identifies which locker holds that person’s delivered item(s). Ensuring valuable items are not lost or stolen.
