Bruce Hancock has 25 years experience in leadership coaching, facilitation and as a keynote speaking with a focus in S.E. Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
Bruce has designed and factilitated programs for organisations like Philip Morris International, Microsoft Australia, Unilever, Chevron Thailand, Unicol, Sheraton, Chiva Som International Resort ( as Director Health and Wellness), British Petroleum, International School of Bangkok, and National Australia Bank. Bruce also consults to training organisations facilitating their programs and has been invited as a keynoe speaker for various organisations.

Bruce initated the Coaching Cafe. A 3 hour introduction program for groups of managment which guides on how to coach staff as part of their management process.
2 day coaching workshop for management as a follow on to the Coaching Cafe.
Further group and 1 on 1 sessions are designed to improve the culture of an organisation from top down and bottom up.
