Our software products range from networking related products to CRM products covering an efficiency base and extending into a sales generation level.

All products that we sell must meet a criteria, otherwise we will not sell under our name : Our criteria covers the following :

1. Products must be thoroughly tested both by ourselves and via independant bodies. References, white papers, forums, reports are all analysed.
2. Products must be very well supported via knowledge bases, support helpdesk, spare parts and be accessable via telephone and e-mail.
3. Relationships with the reseller must be more personal than not, and communications regular, with an interest in our business rather than sales alone.
4. Proactive development of the product range must be seen.
5. On a business basis, the organisation must be financially sound.
